Checking your Account Status and Information

Can I access my vehicle account online after it has closed?

A vehicle’s account can still be accessed online for six months after it closes.  During that time, you can securely and conveniently manage any remaining details, such as:  

  • Make remaining payments online 
  • See FAQs about closed accounts, with useful answers to common questions about title processes, documents, voluntary protection products, and more
  • Ask questions of us through Secure Messages:
    • Provide or request account-related documents
    • Ask specific questions not answered by our helpful FAQs
